Services:

Physical Therapy – our physical therapist will include assessment, home evaluations, interventions, resources, and discharge planning. Physical therapists can directly connect with patients and help them overcome their pain, improve function, and increase their range of motion in their own homes.

Occupational Therapy – our occupational therapist will develop treatment plans using exercise, movements to develop muscle memory, sensory feedback and practice performing the tasks they perform at work and home. Occupational therapists create a plan to discharge patients and help them transition back to activities of their life.

Speech Therapy – our speech pathologists examine patients and create treatment plans tailored to their needs. These patients may have speech articulation issues, voice quality problems, memory and cognitive, and language disorders. Treatment could be modifying a patient's diet or prescribing a speech-generating device. Speech pathologist will provide exercises for your swallowing muscles to train your muscles to work together to help you swallow. Speech pathologists will teach patients and caregivers how to position a patient’s body or how to put food in their mouth to be able to swallow better.
